Gas Prices 1998

Gas Prices 1998

Gas prices were between $2 and $3/gal not that long ago, but are now (June 2022) are pushing the $5/gal at the pump in most of the U.S. and much higher on the west coast … and of course in high tax states. Diesel used to farm, ship, deliver and work in America is at least a buck more (thumbnail photo from 1998).

It would (WILL) be nice when the current “War on Fossil Fuel” is over and at least the U.S. can go back to being energy independent. Progressive Democrats should never have canceled the Keystone XL pipeline, restricted domestic energy or and elected purposely made us dependent on foriegn oil, spent/printed so much money and fanned the flames that brought us inflation. It is killing our economy and hurting nearly every family in the country.
