It is Autumn 2022

It’s the first day of fall today, September 22, 2022. The weather has turned cooler and the air just a bit crisper in the mornings here in Cincinnati … not that that is always the case.

Do you know what ‘equinox’ means?

The word means ‘equal night’. But daytime and night are not actually equal because, although the center of the sun sets 12 hours after it rises, the day begins when the upper edge of the sun reaches the horizon. Therefore days are still slightly longer. (LINK)
